Information Audit

Under legislation retaining information is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and your Retension Policy.  How long certain types of files and data should be retained is governed by various other legislation and can depend on the nature of your business. 

Over time you retain files and data longer than you should. Our service will work with you to develop your retention policy and then set up process and procedures to detail and destruction.

We can also go through the registration with the Information Commissioner Office (ICO).

 With our policies they keep you right in terms of what you should be doing but the systems, or, processes must be manageable and easy to deliver.
